This is a hands-on Finance Director position where rigour matters. You’ll shape reporting standards, strengthen controls, and support growth towards significant scale, all within a commercially focused, data-driven environment.

• Salary c£150,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience.).
About the Company
You’ll be joining a specialist property finance lender operating within an institutional funding environment. The business is scaling with clear growth targets, combining strong commercial focus with disciplined financial governance and long-term ambition. Please note, our client is located on the outskirts of London however located 5 mins from local train links.
Key Responsibilities
• Own financial reporting, controls, and month-end close, ensuring board and investor-grade accuracy.
• Lead audit, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across the business.
• Manage institutional funding relationships, including covenant compliance and facility reporting.
• Provide financial modelling, stress testing, and strategic insight to support board-level decisions.
About You
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) - essential
• Proven experience as a Finance Director or as a senior financial leader within mortgages or specialist lending ready to take the next step up.
• Track record in financial controls, reporting integrity, and managing institutional funding or covenant environments.
