INTERNAL VACANCY: Logistics Consultant – Onsite (Coventry, CV8)
Salary: £26,000 per annum + monthly bonus opportunities
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (with out-of-hours expectations)

We are looking for a driven and experienced Logistics Consultant to join our Transport division, working onsite with one of our well-known, industry-leading clients based in Coventry (CV8 3DD).
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven recruitment experience within the logistics sector, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to progress into an Account Manager role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* As the onsite Logistics Consultant, you will be responsible for the full operational delivery of our account, including:
* Recruiting and onboarding high-quality drivers across all categories.
* Managing the day-to-day onsite operation.
* Planning shifts and ensuring accurate rota management.
* Filling assessments and maintaining full assessment pipelines.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders.
* Providing exceptional service and being the main point of contact onsite.
* Managing compliance, attendance, shift fulfilment and operational performance.
* Resolving issues quickly to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Supporting with out-of-hours cover as required.
* Handling all usual onsite coordination responsibilities to keep the operation running efficiently.

* Confident communicator able to build strong client relationships.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage a fast-moving operation.
