The Role As a Legal Secretary within the conveyancing team, you will play a key role in supporting fee earners and ensuring files progress smoothly from instruction through to completion. Daily responsibilities will include: Preparing and formatting legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail Managing correspondence, client updates, and file administration Using the firm's case management system to maintain and update records Audio typing and digital dictation Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, and other third parties Supporting colleagues with diary management, scanning, filing, and general office duties Assisting on reception when required About You Experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within conveyancing/property Confident typing and audio typing skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and general IT systems Excellent communication skills and a professional manner with clients Ability to prioritise workload and manage deadlines A proactive and organised approach to supporting fee earners Benefits Hybrid working Training provided on all internal systems Funding available for Paralegal qualifications Company pension Supportive team environment
