Overview
A local authority based in Manchester is seeking a Childcare Lawyer with advocacy for an initial period of three months.
Responsibilities
* Carry a full and varied caseload with advising on matters such as NAI, adoption, fostering, and contact.
* Hold a caseload of circa 10-12 cases in proceedings and undertake hearings such as IRH, CMH and final hearings lasting a few days.
Location and Advocacy
The client is seeking candidates available to attend the office or attend in person hearings. As a minimum you will need to attend fortnightly. Advocacy must be undertaken and is non-negotiable.
Requirements
You must have a practising certificate to be considered for the role.
