Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Assist in the presentation and serving of ice cream to guests. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new flavor ideas and seasonal offerings. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and upselling products.
