Role Overview:
They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth strategies, expand market presence, and drive global sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional with proven sales success and leadership ability to make a significant impact with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and internal teams.
* Lead sales negotiations, manage contracts, and close deals.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and support production planning.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform growth strategies.
* Represent the client at trade shows, exhibitions, and international events.
* Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, setting KPIs and tracking performance.
* Mentor, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
* Drive development of new growth opportunities and product expansion.
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to negotiate high-value contracts.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to travel internationally.
* A second language (such as French, Spanish, Arabic, or German) is highly desirable.
* Experience in the waste management, engineering, or manufacturing sector is a plus.
* Passionate, driven, and able to bring energy to the team.
