We’re looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our Merchandising team. With exciting global launches, events and activations each week across Marketing, Wholesale and Retail, a merchandiser is an invaluable member of the team here at REPRESENT.
What you’ll be doing:
* Fully manage at least one of the four key business units (product ranges) from a merchandising perspective.
* Collate and present Weekly Trade Report to key stakeholders within the business.
* Review historical performance, develop strategy for future seasons and capture lessons learnt.
* Prepare options count for Seasons and Vendor, ensuring clear communication with Product Team.
* Undertake ad hoc analysis as required, presenting information to support decision making.
* Maintain an analytical and logical mindset to arrange clear plans and reports.
* Manage WSSI, and communicate OTB, sales risk and opportunity to the Head Of Merchandising.
* Collaborate with members of the Merchandising team.
* Decide on buy level by Season, Vendor and Category.
* Manage and oversee linecards on a weekly basis, actioning any rebuys/rephases/cancellations as required and possible.
* Manage workload, prioritising multiple projects and tasks with confidence and reliability.
* Monitor best and worst sellers and weekly cover; report actions to the management team.
* Identify re-buys of best-selling styles and suggest promotions on overstocked or slow-selling product; propose styles for a “NOOS” (never out of stock) program.
* Support new launches/promotions and help meet planned launch dates, advising on stock movement and control.
* Monitor sales by region, both internationally and within the UK.
* Prepare competitor or retail reports when requested.
* Review markdowns or sales promotions (e.g., vault sales).
* Assist with future Black Friday strategy.
* Independently plan and organise allocated workload.
* Assist Head Of Merchandising when required.
* Be aware of all factory shipment dates.
* Collaborate with Production, Product, Ecommerce, Marketing and Wholesale teams to build open, productive cross‑department relationships.
* Manage and mentor team members, ensuring wellbeing and high performance.
* Create a positive work environment and lead the team to success.
What you’ll need:

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment.
