This is a pivotal hire, designed to elevate their thought leadership and client storytelling to ultimately fuel their commercial growth.
This isn't a role for a lone wolf. This business is looking for someone who enjoys collaboration whether that be working closely with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts, or the in-house creative team. You'll become the go-to authority for content within the organisation driving both strategy and execution across multiple channels and formats.
About the Role:
With this being a brand-new position, you have the opportunity to make the role your own.
Day-to-day you will be:
* Leading the development of a company-wide strategy aligned with the customer journey and business priorities.
* Creating and managing a forward-looking content calendar to ensure consistency and visibility.
* Partnering with copywriters, designers, and subject matter experts to deliver compelling content: from whitepapers and case studies to social campaigns and sales enablement material.
* Applying a sharp editorial eye to refine drafts, optimise content for SEO, and ensure brand tone of voice throughout.
* Monitoring content performance, advising on improvements, and managing lifecycle optimisation.
What we're looking for:
* Significant experience in content marketing or a closely related B2B role – for example project management or strategy management.
* Proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder content programmes with measurable results.
* Strong writing and editorial skills with the ability to distil complex subjects into engaging, audience-focused content.
* Highly collaborative and super organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without losing sight of the bigger picture.
* Experience influencing and advising senior leaders.
