We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to join our outstanding Children's Home organisation located in Hornchurch, RM11 London.

Job Summary
As The Registered Manager you would be responsible for the overall management and administration of our new children's residential home, ensuring the highest standard of care and support to children and young people in accordance with OFSTED regulatory requirements and Galaxy Home Policies.
The young people in our care are faced with a variety of challenges which call for varying levels of support. In order to provide the best-in-class residential care it is the responsibility of the manager to ensure that our Home is staffed effectively and all shifts are appropriately covered.

In Addition:
* Ensure the house is kept to a high standard in terms of hygiene and cleanliness.
* Additional duties as deemed necessary from time to time by senior management.
Qualifications, Requirements and Experience (Option 1)
* OFSTED Registered Manager with qualifications or equivalent in QCF in Leadership and Management in children's residential.
* Minimum of 5 years residential experience 2 of which at a managerial role within a children's care setting.
* Experience of managing residential EBD homes.
* Knowledge of child welfare regulations and best practices.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Strong commitment to the care and development of children and young people.
* Valid Enhanced DBS
* Valid Driving License
Requirement (Option 2)
What We're Looking For:
* Recent experience working either as a Children's Home Registered Manager or as a Children's Home Deputy Manager in a Children's Home.
* Level 5 Diploma in leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
* Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
* Full UK Driving Licence.
