We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Coordinator to join our Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) team on an 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
This role provides essential coordination and administrative support across the whole L&OD function. You will work closely with colleagues leading on learning and organisational development initiatives, helping to keep activity on track and ensuring the smooth running of key programmes and projects.
About The Role
As our Coordinator, you will:
* Work across the full L&OD portfolio, supporting multiple team members and priorities.
* Manage competing deadlines while maintaining a calm, organised approach.
* Use forward‑planning, excellent diary management, and strong organisational skills to help the team deliver key activities, events, and work programmes.
* Respond flexibly to changing priorities, balancing planned tasks with emerging requests.
* Support with budget monitoring, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
* Provide reliable administrative support including scheduling, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
While line-managed within the Administration Team, you will receive day‑to‑day direction from colleagues across the wider L&OD team.
