Join our dynamic Finance Team in Nuneaton as a Stock Accountant, where you’ll play a pivotal role in safeguarding the financial integrity of our stock and inventory systems. This is a critical role supporting the management of finished goods held at third-party warehouses and on-site manufacturing inventories, including bulk cheese, ingredients, and packaging. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and accuracy of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers. YOU’LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY… Ensuring the financial integrity of finished goods stock held at third-party distribution warehouses and overseeing on-site inventory, including bulk cheese, ingredients, and packaging materials. Managing weekly stock reconciliations between the AX ERP (Dynamics 365) system and the 3PL WMS (third party Warehouse Management System) Investigating and resolving system interface discrepancies to maintain data accuracy. Ensuring full compliance with Saputo Group Inventory and Financial Control policies. Supporting and guiding the Stock Co-ordinator team in their daily stock management activities. Collaborating with manufacturing and prepack teams to ensure timely and accurate stock records. Delivering clear, timely, and accurate stock reconciliation reports. YOU’RE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU ARE… Part-qualified, or currently studying towards qualification. Experienced in working within a diverse and fast-paced finance team. Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level; experience with AX Dynamics or similar ERP systems is a strong advantage. Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. A confident communicator, both verbally and in writing, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet tight deadlines. Proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to challenge existing processes.
