Full time hours on a temporary basis
Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of multi-year housing asset investment programmes.
* Manage projects from inception through to delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, and value for money.
* Oversee stock condition surveys and translate findings into actionable plans.
* Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and other statutory requirements.
* Implement and refine processes to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
* Provide leadership and direction to a team of property professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
* Maintain a detailed understanding of design and construction techniques to inform decision-making.
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align asset strategies with organisational goals.
