Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant

Responsibilities
* End-to-End Implementation: Take full ownership of the project lifecycle, from initial discovery and scoping through to go-live and post-implementation support.
* Solution Architecture: Conduct fit-gap analyses to determine where standard functionalities meet requirements or custom development is required.
* Documentation: Author high-quality Functional Design Documents (FDD) and technical specifications for the development team.
* Data Strategy: Lead complex data migration workstreams using Configuration Packages and ETL logic.
* Stakeholder Leadership: Manage C-suite expectations, project budgets, and scope creep while acting as the primary point of contact for the client.
* Mentorship: Oversee junior consultants and provide clear functional guidance to the technical team.
* Training: Design and execute \"Train the Trainer\" programs to ensure high user adoption and successful project handover.
Requirements
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central/NAV.
* Module Expertise: Expert-level configuration skills in Finance, SCM, Sales, and Purchasing modules.
* Technical Standards: Deep understanding of MB-800 standards and the wider Power Platform ecosystem.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Information Systems is preferred.
* Certification: MB-800 (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate) is highly preferred.
* Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to navigate complex business transformation environments and manage diverse project teams.
