A day in the life of a Sales Manager at Spicerhaart Land & New Homes Attend branch morning meetings and hold ring out/sprint sessions with the estate agency team Check all registrations, viewings, valuations, vendor contact and mortgage appointments from the previous day Follow up on all referrals and ensure feedback is given to site Identifying opportunities for new business, contacting applicants following appointments to offer New Homes where applicable. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for the Land & New Homes Department using our branch databases to call applicants, book viewings and agree sales for the New Homes developments as well as securing new referral sites Lead, motivate, train and manage the residential teams.
