The Opportunity
We're excited to be recruiting a Brand Manager to join our growing Marketing team. This is a high-impact role for an ambitious marketing professional who thrives on building powerful consumer connections to deliver profitable, insight-led growth in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
You'll shape and execute ambitious brand growth plans, bringing brand strategy to life through standout media campaigns and seamless online and in-store execution. You'll ensure our brands are easy to find, effortless to shop, and impossible not to love - all while delivering strong commercial results.

What You'll Be Doing
* Owning and delivering in-year sales and profit targets for your brand portfolio
* Translating brand strategies into clear execution plans across range, packaging, activation, and media
* Turning consumer, customer, and market insight into actionable brand and growth plans
* Leading communication and media plans that build brand equity and deliver strong ROI
* Managing A&P investment effectively, tracking performance and optimising spend
* Leading NPD and EPD activity to deliver incremental, margin-additive growth
* Optimising portfolio performance by balancing innovation, renovation, and core range delivery
* Working cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Insights teams
* Contributing positively to the wider Marketing and Business Unit teams, role-modelling INSPIRED behaviours
About You
* Degree calibre with strong commercial and business understanding
* Proven experience (3+ years) in a Brand Manager or similar role within large FMCG organisations
* Demonstrated track record of delivering brand growth in complex, fast-paced environments
* Strong understanding of brand strategy, portfolio management, and activation
* Confident influencing senior stakeholders and working cross-functionally
* Commercially astute, data-led, and comfortable owning budgets and performance
* Resilient, proactive, and driven to deliver results
* Experience within pet or nutrition categories is beneficial but not essential
