Are you an experienced sales professional with a technical mindset and a passion for driving growth?
I'm looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join my clients UK team, covering the North of England and Scotland region. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a global market leader in industrial capital equipment and to play a key role in developing their aftermarket business — including Spare Parts, Services, Equipment Modernisation & Upgrades, and Digital Solutions.
What You’ll Do
As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing sales and strengthening relationships with their existing and new customers across the region. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Pursue sales opportunities from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring profitable growth.
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships focused on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
* Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals to maximise sales performance and market share.
* Implement regional sales initiatives and deliver on the regional sales plan.
* Proactively identify new opportunities across the industry — focusing on Aftermarket (AM), Equipment Modernisation Projects (EMP), and Original Equipment (OEM).
1. What I'm Looking For
* Proven track record in technical or engineering sales, ideally within capital equipment or industrial machinery sectors.
* Experience in aftermarket sales (spares, services, upgrades, modernisations, or digital solutions) is highly desirable.
* Strong business acumen with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage your region independently.
* Based in the North of England with the flexibility to travel across the region.
