Knife safety, handling, sharpening, and PPE

Move from Trainee to Grade 2 butcher on successful completion of the academy

What to Expect
Work in a chilled environment with physical tasks (well support you with ergonomic exercises during your first 30 days)
Learn the craft of butchery, including precision cutting and working with different meat sections
