Our client is a family run multi-franchise business that has been trading in Canterbury since the turn of the last century! They well known for providing a first-class customer service across Kent and are equipped with state-of-the-art service facilities, to help their team provide this service.
They are currently seeking a Vehicle Technician to join their friendly and fast-paced workshop. You’ll be working with the latest technology within automotive repairs providing a quality level of workmanship for their loyal customers. You’ll benefit from a specific manufacturer led training plan with pay rises upon each level of completion.

Our client is seeking applications from Level 3 qualified Technicians only at this stage, however we may have other opportunities for less qualified applicants.

Duties of a Technician with our Client
18. Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on many types of vehicles while maintaining company and industry standards and adhering to time constraints.
19. Carry out diagnosis and undertake a wide range of servicing and repair work.
20. Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service.
21. Ensures effective use of technical knowledge and skills enabling efficient, economic and safe servicing and repair of the vehicles.
22. Builds effective working relationships with colleagues.
23. Completes repair and service records/other appropriate activities the Team Leader and Manager required.
24. Actively supports company policy and best practice in the area of security, with particular emphasis on the protection of sensitive customer information.
25. Analyse work orders carefully to understand a vehicle’s condition, the accuracy of the diagnosis, and what work has been agreed.
