They are looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their rapidly expanding team who can take ownership of their responsibilities which will include: Running your own mixed caseload of Commercial and Residential Possession matters Debt recovery issues Providing advice to clients on property related queries Drafting and reviewing any relevant legal documentation Providing sound legal advice to a diverse client range Attending Court hearings The successful candidate for this Property Litigation Solicitor role will ideally have at least 2 years PQE, has excellent client care skills, can work well as part of a team and is looking to progress their career further.
