This iconic venue boasts 5 private dining rooms and a large restaurant area, with two fully equipped kitchens, you'll be set to deliver excellence at scale. As Head Chef, you won't just run a kitchen - you'll lead a culinary operation. You'll be the driving force behind delivering unforgettable guest experiences, optimising kitchen performance, and inspiring a passionate brigade to consistently raise the bar. As one of our Head Chefs, you could earn in the region of circa £55,000 per year: Base Salary: Up to £47,000 per year depending on experience Tronc: Estimated between £4k - £8k annually. Our Service Charge is shared equally across the team based on hours worked. Bonus: Up to £5k additional bonus potential Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
