Support organisational design and restructuring initiatives, optimising roles and responsibilities. Provide coaching and support to leaders on performance management and employment-related matters. Leverage HR analytics to provide insights that influence decision-making and drive organisational success.Essential Experience You'll Bring: CIPD qualified (or working towards qualification). Strong HR generalist experience in relevant sectors (e.g., start-ups, fintech). Senior HRBP experience with a solid understanding of employment law in the UK and across Europe. Proven ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across cultures.Preferred Qualifications: Language skills in Italian, German, Dutch, or French are a plus. M&A experience and familiarity with HRIS systems like Workday. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
