The Opportunity
We are looking for an accomplished Account Executive to join our team and share our spirit – Dare to Innovate. We have a strong entrepreneurial ambition, and our people must be proactive and agile collaborators. This role will support the Account Director and team.
The Role:
Responsible for managing the administrative and compliance within the team. A strong knowledge of IT including advanced excel and attention to detail.
Job Title: Account Executive
Reporting to: Account Director
Location: Fleet, UK
Hours of Work: 9am – 5.30pm 37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Create, update and maintain spreadsheets and project information
* Managing client calls via Teams/telephone
* Maintaining ERP project status – Draft, Live, Complete
* Set up all client projects – Priority, Sharepoint, Monday.com
* Quotes – convert account director’s Excel quotation/pricing document into Sales Estimate within Sugar for approval and ERP Quote for submission to client
* Convert quotes to sales order once quote approved
* Updating delivery dates within ERP to reflect real world changes to delivery schedules from PM – tying into bi-weekly invoice update meeting
* Pulling relevant reports to proactively track changes of data within ERP. E.g project completion/sales orders being invoiced.
* Manage online portal, including updating product information, receiving new client orders, etc.
* Creation of artwork maps
* Running bi-weekly invoice calls to ensure invoicing dates are accurate.
* Provide support in chasing PMs for costings, CPAs
* Creating commercial invoices and packing lists
* Collating monthly invoice data for client records
Key Skills and Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally a manufacturing industry.
High level of initiative and proactivity with the ability to work autonomously and balance multiple projects while meeting quick turn-around deadlines. Knowledge of ERP systems, advanced excel and good client facing skills.
