As part of this growth, they are seeking a Director or VP of Test to lead the Test Engineering organisation within their UK operation. The Role: This leadership role involves owning the quality strategy for a large, distributed payments platform. You will guide multiple teams responsible for functional testing, automation, non-functional quality, and integration validation, ensuring that engineering teams ship reliable, scalable, and secure software at pace. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical capability with strong people leadership and a track record of modernising test practices in complex environments.
