Due to continued business growth, we are looking to recruit a Power Tool Service Engineer to join an international, industry-leading company.
The successful candidate will work across the UK on prestigious sites within the Automotive, F1, and Aerospace sectors. Responsibilities include electrical and mechanical repair/services, calibration, fault finding, and on-site support for industrial power tools, focusing on bolting, material handling, and fastening solutions such as wrenches, drills, torque guns, and precision tooling.
This is a mobile position, primarily based at the workshop near Preston, with travel across the UK as required.
Candidates should have experience in an industrial engineering environment, working on electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering products, and be willing to learn new products.
Hours: Mon – Thurs 8-5, Fri 8-4.
Role Responsibilities
1. Perform routine maintenance and repair on industrial power tools, focusing on bolting, material handling, and fastening solutions, including wrenches, drills, torque guns, and related tooling products.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions, providing effective repair solutions.
3. Calibration, commissioning, and on-site support for bolting and fastening systems.
