Job Description:

Main purpose of the position / Key expectations:
* Manage and govern all data added to the system to ensure data integrity.
* Act as a gateway for all changes to the system to prevent unapproved modifications.
* Responsible for making configuration changes.
* Serve as the conduit and consistent point of contact between Group HSEQ & GITDS.
* Oversee data entry quality and monitor action closure within timelines.
* Act as the main point of contact for HSEQ regarding the system.
What you’ll do:
* Manage daily operations of the Group HSEQ IT system, including uploads, checklist building, and responding to queries.
* Act as the 'Operational Owner' for the system, interfacing with Country HSEQ leads to ensure data integrity and action closure.
* Ensure data governance, accuracy, security, and continuity.
* Collaborate with BI analytics teams, interface with GITDS product owner and IT provider.
* Configure the Group HSEQ IT system.
* Manage and implement IT systems related to HSEQ or Compliance.
* Understand basic data integrity principles.
* Communicate confidently with HSEQ leads, IT suppliers, and IT teams.
Who you’ll work with:
* Reporting to the Group HSEQ team, working alongside the Group HSE Director.
* Possess a good understanding of IT systems.
* Have C1 English skills if not a native speaker.
