Job Title: Document Controller / Office Support Location: North Lanarkshire (Fully Office-Based) Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 £4,000 Car Allowance The Role A growing construction-focused business in North Lanarkshire is seeking an all-round Document Controller who can manage project documentation, support the wider office, and keep operations running smoothly. This is not a narrow, single-track position. They need someone comfortable juggling document control, office management tasks and basic accounts duties such as invoice processing. Key Responsibilities Manage document control across active projects Upload, distribute and track drawings and technical documentation Maintain version control and audit trails Handle office management duties (suppliers, ordering, coordination, basic facilities) Provide admin and PA-style support to Directors and Project Teams Process invoices and support basic accounts administration Act as a central point of coordination for day-to-day office needs Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors and clients Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards Requirements Previous experience in document control within construction, civils, engineering or similar Confident supporting multiple functions across the business Highly organised with strong attention to detail Clear communication skills, written and verbal Experience using systems such as SharePoint and ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) Comfortable handling competing demands without panic or fuss Office support or accounts admin experience will be advantageous.
