You will leverage their sales and service experience to manage a portfolio of university accounts and successfully drive new and returning student enrollments in our university partner programs. The Associate Partnership Director will be an integral member of the management team, possessing strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate professionals to operate as a cohesive group in a matrixed environment. Job Responsibilities: Working with the Partnership Director to conduct opportunity assessments and evaluate new/existing program opportunities Working with the Partnership Director to assess business feasibility to determine partnership opportunities that will benefit both the institution and Wiley Global Education Coordinating the implementation of partnership programs with the University to drive enrollments and revenue throughout the program’s life Working closely with university partner contacts and partnership director to execute program roll-out, program improvement and process improvement initiatives Coordinating the day-to-day delivery of enrollment/sales forecasts; course development; marketing, student retention and student services Reporting key business indicators weekly and monthly to the Partnership Director. Developing and maintaining technical and project documentation Working with the Partnership Director to perform ongoing business analysis in support of recruiting, account growth, student attrition and retention, and curriculum development Manage Student Services Coordinator and Enrollment Coordinator positions Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or operations related fields. Experience in managing client relationships Ability to collaborate effectively on large scale projects with staff at all levels in a University or corporate setting Experience with data analysis Strong attention to detail and proven project management experience with a history of delivering on schedule A willingness to learn The ability to thrive in a rapidly growing and changing company that requires high levels of flexibility and versatility Creative, entrepreneurial spirit Ability to travel Experience in the education industry preferred Academic Partnerships is an equal opportunity employer and supports a diverse and inclusive workforce.
