Contract: Permanent | Hours: Monday to Friday full-time (35 hrs per week); 3 days a week in the office.

The Role and Responsibilities
* Produce nominated Schedule 4 statements (passenger & freight) and period end billing on time and to a high level of content accuracy.
* Administrate the S4CS system and associated data quality for relevant contracts.
* Assist in managing effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.
* Produce and maintain timely and accurate Schedule 4 forecasts and estimates for relevant contracts.
* Assist in the identification and implementation of quality and efficiency improvement initiatives.

* High level of numeracy.
* Good communication skills.
* Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
* Detailed working knowledge of relevant compensation and planning processes.
* Detailed working knowledge of relevant compensation systems.
* Good working knowledge of relevant planning systems.
* Basic understanding of Track Access Conditions.
* Basic understanding of relevant content of Network Code.
* Good knowledge of relevant railway geography and terminology.
* Basic understanding of railway engineering activities.
