Here’s what you will be doing
Administrative support
* Facilitating regular client needs and keeping accounts organised and on track
* Helping us maintain weekly/monthly activity reports, with an eye on key milestones and current activities
* Monitoring and tracking of media coverage and social media sentiment, and creating coverage reports for monthly and project recaps
* Creating tailored press and events lists
* Coordinating calls, meetings, and media opportunities
* Learning the ins and outs of the brands we work with
* Support senior management in streamlining workload and small administrative tasks
Media liaison and outreach
* Identify journalists and publications in gaming, esports, and business publications that we can pitch to
* Build a strong network of media friendlies, and maintain those relationships
* Craft unique and well-tailored pitches for relevant journalists
* Secure coverage and celebrate wins!
About you
* We want someone who asks the right questions, isn’t afraid to speak up, sends updates before they are required, and can point out potential issues before they arise
