What You'll Be Doing
As the first point of contact for IT support across our clubs, digital teams, and support centre, you'll play a key role in keeping our business running smoothly. You'll be resolving issues, supporting users, and helping us deliver a seamless experience for our colleagues and customers.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Providing 1st Line IT support via phone, email, and in person
* Logging and managing incidents using our ITSM tool (ServiceNow)
* Troubleshooting and resolving issues—or escalating when needed
* Collaborating with internal teams to meet IT needs
* Maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent service

What We're Looking For
We're after someone who's:
* Customer-focused with great communication skills
* Detail-oriented and process-driven
* Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
* Experienced in IT support (bonus points for ITIL knowledge!)
* Tech skills that'll help you shine:
* Active Directory, MS Exchange, Windows Server
* Desktop support (laptops, desktops, tills)
* ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
* Incident management and troubleshooting
* Nice to have:
* ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation
* MCP Certification
