What you will do
As a Maintenance Technician you will be involved in all aspects of building CCTV Towers at the Envision Head Office / Workshop. The successful Technician will work to the relevant industry standards, providing exceptional customer service with industry leading technical knowledge. We are looking for Technicians who have excellent technical ability to deliver and develop quality products across the Envision range. How you will do it
10. Provide excellent Customer Service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both the internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers.
11. To produce and develop the Envision CCTV Tower range to enhance capability and provide customers with the most advanced technical solution.
12. Ensuring your time is managed efficiently and jobs are prioritised correctly.
13. Correctly complete Engineer work reports, handover certificates/BSIA Certificates or checklist as appropriate.
What we look for
14. Driving license
15. Ability to lift and climb ladders
16. Had or have previous experience working in a customer facing environment.
17. Hold current relevant qualifications to the industry i.e. 18th edition/ NVQ/ City and Guilds/BTEC.
