What you will be doing
Running your section with confidence and consistency
Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal dishes
Working with local produce, seafood, and classic European flavours
Supporting prep, service, stock control, and kitchen organisation
Keeping your section clean, sharp, and ready for service
Working closely with the Head Chef and senior kitchen team
Helping maintain high standards across every plate
What we are looking for
Experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
A good foundation in fresh food kitchens
Interest in French, British, or European-style cooking
Calmness under pressure
Pride in prep, organisation, and presentation
A team-focused attitude
Someone who wants to grow in a quality food-led environment
