- Salary £23,500 (Full time equivalent) working 20-25 hours per week, starting at 8:00/8:30 A.M. Monday to Friday.
- 25 days’ holiday, plus bank holidays and additional concessionary days, with the ability to buy and sell leave.

We have the opportunity for a part-time Post Admin Assistant to join our Post Team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract with a salary of £23,500 (Full Time Equivalent).
The role involves providing postal, scanning, and administrative support to the Local Pensions Partnership Pension Scheme administration. It is a time-driven role which involves inputting digital post through the scanning system.

What you’ll be doing:
* Managing workload and meeting deadlines and performance targets.
* Handling sensitive and confidential information with respect, following protocols.
* Sharing knowledge and communicating positively with colleagues.
* Supporting service delivery and performing other duties as appropriate.
* Using internal systems to attach post to member records.
* Processing high volumes of digital member post accurately and efficiently.
* Returning original certificates, uploading fiche requests, and managing related correspondence.
* Dealing with emails and assisting with ad-hoc duties.
* Working independently and as part of a team, fostering positive relationships.
* Working accurately and to deadlines.
* Communicating effectively at all levels.
* Providing excellent customer service.
* Using Microsoft Excel proficiently.

Qualifications:
* 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English at Grade C or above.
