Hours
Full time: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm, and rotational Saturdays, currently every other, 8:30am – 12:30pm.
About the role
Due to our continuing success and business growth, we are currently seeking a Parts Advisor at our Bridgend Site.
As a Parts Advisor Your Main Duties Will Include: -
Serve and issue stock to both internal & external customers ensuring the parts department standards are met.
Deal with customer over the telephone and face to face.
Receive, correctly identify and warehouse incoming stock and to advise management if stock is low.
Liaising with motor factors and ordering parts.
Ensuring practices produced by Parts Management are followed.
To participate in the annual formal stock check.
The ideal Parts Advisor will have the following skills and experiences:
Experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor industry
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
Self-motivated
IT Literate
