The Role
• Working within a very well-established employment team led by an employment partner with over a decade of employment law experience
• Managing a mix of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious
• Representing both employees and employers across both private and public sectors
• Able to offer on a full or part-time basis
• Flexible working ability to work 2 days per week from home
The Person
• Must possess solid and well-rounded employment law experience
• Essential to be a qualified solicitor with up to 3 years PQE
• Self-motivated individual who can build strong client relationships
• Driven and highly motivated with a positive outlook
• Able to work independently as well as being a team player
• Friendly and caring attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer care
