Main Tasks and responsibilities Supports the General Manager in all aspects of the management of the hotel Customer service, guest relations and creating positive guest experiences Recruits and develops a team that delivers excellent service the Moxy way Ensure a profitable hotel operation in line with company goals Manage the team effectively and enforce company policies Actively involved in the day to day tasks of the team Managing Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely Promote and support the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program Were looking for someone with Moxie, which is all of these things: Have high energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude Good with people and enjoy chatting with guests Skilled multi tasker who can balance hard work with great service Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!)
