1. Have experience supporting Family Law matters
2. Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail
3. Show initiative in progressing matters efficiently and compliantly
4. Be confident managing tasks across a caseload under supervision
5. Have working knowledge of Family Procedure Rules and SRA principles
