Our client, a tier 1 bulge bracket investment bank, is actively hiring an M&A Associate to join their growing Industrials Advisory (mergers and acquisitions/ M&A) team in London.
Requirements for consideration
Must have M&A experience gained at another investment bank (ideally in London).
Completed sell-side M&A transaction experience (ideally 3+ years in M&A).
Fundamental understanding of financial valuation methodologies, and applications.
Excellent Financial modelling and analytical abilities.
High resilience, willingness to learn and enthusiasm.
The team has an exceptionally strong track record in the market and the work involved will be predominately deal execution focused.
