📍 Location: Newcastle (Monday to Friday)
🏠 Working Pattern: Office-based for the first 8 weeks, then remote
A leading and innovative consultancy is seeking multiple Customer Service Advisors for a contract role. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing support via phone, email, chat, and post. You'll also manage IT-related tickets through ServiceNow, ensuring they're routed to the appropriate teams.
As part of a motivated team, you'll handle a variety of customer inquiries across multiple channels, resolve issues efficiently, and escalate technical problems when needed. Accuracy, timely follow-up, and compliance will be essential to delivering an excellent customer experience.
Essential Skills
Experience in fast-paced call or contact centres
Strong problem-solving skills with complex queries
Comfortable using IT systems like ServiceNow
Good knowledge of FCA rules and compliance
Clear and professional communication skills
