Yard Operative Wanted - Reading
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
What You'll Be Doing:
* Working outdoors in all weather conditions
* Loading and unloading lorries efficiently
* Picking small items accurately
* Keeping the site clean, safe, and organised
* Collaborating with your team to get the job done
* Receiving ongoing training to develop your skills
What We're Looking For:
* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
* Physically fit and able to lift 25kg+
* Reliable, with excellent attention to detail
* A strong team player who enjoys hands-on work
