Join Our Team as an Inside Sales Service Coordinator!
Responsibilities
* Support Field Sales Reps in generating sales revenue, including low‑value quoting for existing customers.
* Manage and proactively maintain the sales pipeline through outbound calls and CRM updates.
* Qualify leads, generate and manage sales opportunities and quotes.
* Handle inbound enquiries via calls and emails for Product & Field (P & F) accounts.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, managing quotations, spare parts, and post‑sale queries.
* Identify cross‑divisional sales opportunities through customer analysis.
* Prepare and deliver reports on overdue opportunities and sales activities.
* Achieve revenue targets for spare‑part sales within designated business units.
* Effectively handle customer objections, escalations, and complaints.
Qualifications
* Motivated, proactive and enthusiastic team player.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiating and listening.
* Experience working with KPIs and meeting targets.
* Customer‑centric approach with the ability to sell to customer needs.
* Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
* Experience in a telephony environment and handling fast‑paced, dynamic work.
* Strong organisational skills including effective time management.
* Experience using CRM systems (SAP experience desirable).
* Good IT knowledge and data entry/analysis skills.
* Willingness and ability to learn about products and services.
