We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established dealership in the Epsom area, offering a structured environment, strong earning potential, and consistent stock of both new and used vehicles.
If you’re hungry to earn and confident in your ability to deliver outstanding customer service while closing deals professionally — this could be your next opportunity.
💰 The Package
* £21,000–£27,000 Basic Salary
* £50,000–£60,000 OTE
* 5-day working week
* Monday–Saturday 8:30am–6:00pm
* Sunday + 1 weekday off
🚘 The Role
* Selling new and used vehicles through a structured sales process
* Guiding customers through model selection, features, and finance options
* Conducting professional and engaging test drives
* Managing your own diary and appointments effectively
* Maintaining and updating the customer database accurately
* Representing the business with a professional and polished appearance at all times
✅ What We’re Looking For
* Previous motor trade sales experience
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong communication and closing skills
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach
* Organised and target-driven
