Surgical Nurse Job Role:
You will manage the nursing care of patients, ensuring appropriate use of resources and safety of patients. To demonstrate excellent communication skills and work well under pressure. Develop clinical practice and professional competence, committing to personal and professional development
Ideal Candidate:
* RGN/NMC Pin (no restrictions on practice)
* 12 months recent post registration surgical nursing experience / Newly qualified nurses may be consdiered
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills, and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of care and service to our patients.
* Teaching and mentoring skills
* Basic computer skills.
