* GMC registration
* Full MRCP
* APLS provider or instructor or equivalent

* MRCPCH or equivalent

* SPRINT Course
* Train the Trainer course
Experience

* 2 years paediatric experience
Desirable criteria
* Trauma experience
* Management experience
* Completed a paediatric intensive care training programme
* Experience in teaching including simulation training
* Debriefing experience/training
