Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Pay Rate: £100 – £120 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, long-term (with potential to go permanent)
Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people across Bradford?
We are currently recruiting dedicated HLTAs to support a range of secondary schools within the Bradford area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside passionate educators, support student progress, and deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Your Role:
 * Supporting classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4.
 * Leading small group interventions and covering lessons where required.
 * Assisting in planning, assessing, and tracking student progress.
 * Promoting positive behaviour and a supportive learning environment.
 * Working with students who may have additional learning needs (SEN/EAL).

✅ Requirements:
 * HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
 * Previous experience working in a UK secondary school.
 * Strong classroom management and communication skills.
 * A DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one).
 * Right to work full-time in the UK.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
