About the Role Become part of the Bars Team at Skegness Pier, a landmark attraction offering all-year-round family entertainment. As a Bars Team Member, you’ll play an essential role in delivering excellent customer service within our vibrant bar areas, ensuring guests enjoy a great experience while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a lively, guest-focused environment and enjoys delivering quality service in fast-paced surroundings. Principal Responsibilities Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages professionally and responsibly. Handle cash and card transactions accurately. Support stock control across bar operations, including restocking and monitoring levels. Maintain excellent cleanliness and presentation across bar service areas. Follow all licensing laws, health & safety procedures, and company policies. Provide a friendly, efficient customer experience at all times. Who We’re Looking For Reliable, confident, and friendly with strong customer service skills. Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-moving bar environment. A team player with good communication and attention to detail. No previous bar experience? No problem — full training will be provided.
