Job Title: Administrative Assistant at Dogsthorpe Academy
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Dogsthorpe Academy!
Your responsibilities will include supporting the office team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, such as data compilation, maintaining databases, and managing computerised systems. You will serve as a point of contact for parent/carers, handle communications, messages, and administer first aid as needed.
To succeed in this role, you should be confident, capable of multitasking, quick-thinking, and experienced in providing professional administrative services within an educational setting, with a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures.
Essential skills include excellent communication, customer service, and literacy skills. You should be proficient in Microsoft 365, experienced in working with data, and able to organise, prioritise, and stay calm under pressure.
Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 13:00 - 16:00
