Project Coordinator role: You will work closely with key stake holders regarding projects from receipt of order through to delivery Maintain relationships between internal departments and customers ensuring a high level of service is maintained as a Project Coordinator You will responsible for preparing production schedules as a Project Coordinator in line with customer requirements. Liaise with Technical department as a Project Coordinator ensuring quality standards are adhered to and maintained. Liaise with key stake holders regarding SLA’s and project completion as a Project Coordinator Maintain strong relationships with Clients and Customers Liaising with suppliers and other stakeholders Create documentation for production and design including specifications Provide general administrative support to team members as needed as a Project Administrator. Project Coordinator requirements: Previous Project Administration, Project Coordination experience is ESSENTIAL Experience in administering several projects at any one time. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficient computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
