Job Description:
The Role
You will be responsible for writing press releases, social media posts, blogs, and other marketing materials to grow the community around our shows. You will report on industry events, gather content from media partners, and share insights to engage the sector.
You will also research and contact companies via social media, sales software, and other digital channels to promote our trade shows, working closely with our Event Directors.
This role offers endless progression opportunities, including developing sales skills or joining our marketing team.
Responsibilities
* Building and maintaining relationships with current, prospective, and past clients
* Creating content
* Developing an industry knowledge base and managing an event calendar
* Managing social media accounts
* Supporting show campaigns
* Generating leads through LinkedIn and email campaigns
* Converting leads into sales of exhibition space and sponsorships, contributing to revenue
* Identifying emerging prospecting opportunities by staying updated on industry trends
