The Role We're looking for an experienced Lead Software Developer to take technical ownership of full-stack solutions across multiple government programmes. You'll guide teams through the entire software development lifecycle - from architecture and design through to implementation and delivery - ensuring best practices, scalability, and security throughout. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Java, React, JavaScript, and AWS. Provide technical leadership and direction to development teams.
